!! A banquet server sets up event spaces, serves food and drinks, takes orders, clears tables, and cleans up after events, all while providing excellent customer service and adhering to safety standards . Key duties include setting up and preparing tables & seating, managing buffet lines, assisting guests, collaborating with the kitchen and event managers, and completing post-event breakdown and cleanup. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
