The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with precision and care. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system. Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials, to enhance the dining experience. Upsell additional items to increase sales while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, providing timely refills and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests depart. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards in the food industry. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial but not required.
