Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and process payments swiftly using POS systems Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle guest relations professionally Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy service hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising guest experience Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations Familiarity with food preparation, kitchen operations, or culinary experience is a plus for better teamwork understanding Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality skills shine!
