Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items, enhancing guest satisfaction and sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest needs are met Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support food preparation and kitchen staff as needed, demonstrating versatility in the food service environment Experience Previous experience in restaurant or food service settings, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a friendly demeanor Serving or host/hostess experience is highly valued; experience with bussing or supporting kitchen operations is a plus Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
