Our hiring process can be selective, and job expectations are as follows: Arrive to work on time in order to set the restaurant up for success. Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. Must be able to multitask and act quickly. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
Server Requirements:
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner. Night & weekend availability. Must showcase teamwork and communication skills. Spanish speaking candidates are preferred. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English Proficient in POS systems, including Toast POS Strong customer service skills with a focus on bilingual communication Experience in fine dining and food service industry Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
