The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings. Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Assist with hosting duties as needed, including managing reservations through OpenTable. Requirements Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or the food industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems. Or willing to learn how to operate one . Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure. Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities is advantageous.
