Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression Serve food and beverages with precision, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and handling standards Set up banquet tables and stations efficiently, ensuring all serviceware and utensils are prepared to high standards Assist with food presentation, refilling stations, and clearing tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized environment Engage with guests to enhance their experience through attentive service and personalized attention Support catering operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed Skills Proven experience in the food industry or banquet service, with a strong foundation in guest relations and customer service Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, beverage service, wine knowledge, and food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Basic math skills for accurate order taking and billing; familiarity with POS systems preferred Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Commitment to food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques Join our team to deliver unforgettable experiences at one of the most exciting sporting venues in the world!
