Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage preparation stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Pay estimation including tips Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent guest relations Experience in fine dining settings or upscale restaurants is a plus Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back!
