Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Cocktail Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of drink options to enhance guest choices. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions. Upsell premium drinks and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent guest relations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware, and serving stations in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food service when needed by bussing tables or supporting kitchen staff during busy hours. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately using POS systems like OpenTable for reservations and guest management. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management. Demonstrated skills in upselling beverages and enhancing guest experiences through excellent customer service. Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Experience with food preparation, bartending techniques, or culinary background is a plus. Effective communication skills to engage guests positively and coordinate with team members seamlessly.
