About Us We are an established alterations and tailoring business looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to assist with customer service and daily front office operations. This position is ideal for someone interested in a stable, long-term opportunity with flexible part-time hours. Requirements Should be able to communicate in both English and Vietnamese Seeking a long-term, part-time receptionist Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Sewing or alterations experience is preferred but not required Responsibilities - Full Training Provided (Paid) Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with clothing fittings Document alteration tickets accurately Handle customer clothing drop-offs and pickups Organize and maintain customer garments Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Coordinate with tailoring team regarding customer orders Maintain a clean and organized shop environment What We Offer Flexible work schedule Paid on-the-job training Stable, long-term employment opportunity Opportunity to gain experience in the tailoring and alterations industry If you are dependable, friendly, and able to communicate in both English and Vietnamese, we encourage you to apply.
