Guest Interaction and Service:
1. Greet customers promptly upon their arrival and guide them to their seats in the restaurant.2. Make thoughtful recommendations from the menu to enhance the dining experience.3. Secure drink orders and take food orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and clarity.Food Presentation and Delivery:
1. Inspect food for accuracy and presentation before delivering to guests to maintain high standards.2. Maintain a clean and organized table, assisting with refills and guest requests as needed.3. Monitor guests' needs throughout the meal, providing attentive and personalized service.Operational Responsibilities:
1. Complete all side station work and maintain a clean, safe environment.2. Be flexible and adaptable to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.3. Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide great experiences for our guests.Table Maintenance:
1. Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to any spills or special needs.2. Follow grooming standards to ensure a professional appearance.Service Standards:
