Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments via POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed in food handling and serving practices Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Previous experience as a host/hostess or in bussing roles is advantageous Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts; physical stamina is essential Hospitality mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
