In Person The Springs Weddings & Events is looking for dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Banquet Event Servers to join our growing catering team during our busy event season. We exclusively cater events at The Springs Weddings & Events venues throughout the Greater Dallas area, including weddings, anniversaries, quinceañeras, corporate events, and more. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hardworking, professional, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable working as part of a team while maintaining a high level of hospitality and attention to detail. Requirements Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to follow verbal directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability based on the wedding and event season. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Most events take place on weekends, with occasional weekday events. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to all The Springs Event venues throughout the Dallas area, including: Denton McKinney White Sparrow Waxahachie Weatherford Alvarado Arlington Rockwall Valley View Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and remain active for the duration of an event. Food safety knowledge and proper sanitary practices are essential. Responsibilities As a Banquet Event Server, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests from setup through breakdown.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of banquet and event areas. Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service to guests. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary event environment. Follow food safety and sanitation practices. Communicate important information regarding orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate team members. Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or requests. Clear tables of dishes, trash, and other items throughout the event. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas. Follow directions from event leadership and assist with tasks throughout setup, service, and breakdown. Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude toward guests, coworkers, and management. Remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced event environment. Qualifications 1-3 years of food service or catering experience preferred, but not required. Previous serving experience is preferred. Restaurant or hotel experience is a plus. Coffee service experience is a plus. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between event venues.
