Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper presentation standards Process cash and card transactions accurately, including handling cash handling duties and processing sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth service flow Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Support beverage service with knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation techniques Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining experience in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments or nightclubs Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; restaurant experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills Culinary experience or kitchen support skills are a plus for assisting with food prep or plating Beverage expertise including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits familiarity, and drink presentation techniques Nightclub or high-volume restaurant experience is advantageous for fast-paced environments Strong communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor to foster guest relations and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively setting!
