Servers & Hosts | RVU Hospitality (Flower Mound & Southlake) The Tavern at Lakeside has become one of Flower Mound's go-to spots. We've got a full dining room, a loyal regular crowd, one of the highest liquor volumes in Denton County, and real money to be made. And it's not the only room we're building. The Tavern at Lakeside, Volstead, and Jane in Southlake all run under the RVU Hospitality umbrella. Three different concepts, one standard for how a room should feel when it's running right. Hiring on with us isn't about picking up shifts at one spot. It's joining a group with real places to grow. Right now we're looking for servers and hosts who take pride in the details most guests never notice. Servers You read a table before anyone raises a hand. You stay organized and steady in a rush, and you actually like taking care of people. A good night for you is a section that never feels rushed, even when you're slammed. Hosts You're the first thing guests see, and you set the tone for the whole visit. Warm, put-together, and sharp with the details. You keep the door moving and the floor humming without ever letting a guest feel like a number. We are on the lookout for someone available Monday through Friday at lunch.
