El Paseo Mexican Restaurant is seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bartender and Server! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and crafting delicious cocktails for our customers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Join us and be a part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment at El Paseo Mexican Restaurant!

Key Responsibilities:

Bartender:

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Utilize knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients to make customized drinks
• Process payments
• Monitor and track inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns

Server:

• Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival
• Guide customers through the menu and make recommendations
• Take and relay accurate food and drink orders
• Ensure that the correct order is delivered to the correct customer
• Monitor and refill drinks and ensure tables are clear and clean
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Address any customer concerns and provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender and/or Server is preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• A positive and outgoing personality
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
