Day Shift Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on the assembly, handling, and troubleshooting of electronic units, specifically server boards. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with small parts, such as in cellphone repair or similar electronic assembly roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and handle small server board components with care and precision Perform troubleshooting and basic diagnostics on units Follow safety and quality standards during the entire assembly process Maintain clean and organized workstations Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in small parts assembly or cellphone/electronics repair required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to train on 1st shift schedule during onboarding period Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
