Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as clover, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including,wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales transactions processing and handling tips Maintain cleanliness of tables, and service stations; bus tables promptly to prepare for new guests. Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices within a restaurant or food industry setting Proven ability to upsell menu items including, spirits, wine, and specialty beverages Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of beverage service.
