As a Server, you are the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and communicate special requests to kitchen staff. Deliver meals and drinks promptly while maintaining table cleanliness and guest comfort. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any issues with urgency and care. Accurately process payments using cash or credit card transactions. Maintain strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards. Qualifications 1+ years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods. Basic computer literacy to operate POS software. Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
