The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and hospitality, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or similar technology. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but can be trained on the job. A passion for providing excellent guest services and creating memorable dining experiences. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
