Job Summary El Tiempo Cantina Galveston is seeking energetic, dependable, hospitality-focused Servers to join our Front of House team. Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience while providing knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about food and beverages. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders. Make knowledgeable recommendations and suggest additional items when appropriate. Check on guests throughout the meal and respond quickly to requests. Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Properly handle guest checks and payments. Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas. Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work. Follow food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and restaurant procedures. Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff, and management. Support other team members during high-volume periods. Address guest concerns professionally and involve a manager when necessary. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a high-volume restaurant; strong candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Pay:

$3.25 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
