Duties Assist servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring presentation standards are maintained. Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Support the front-of-house team by bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and managing guest needs promptly to enhance overall dining flow. Handle beverage service including pouring drinks, refilling water glasses. Process sales including cash handling and credit card processing. Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling practices and adherence to health regulations; assist in kitchen prep work if required. Support guest relations by providing friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure a lively, efficient atmosphere during busy hours or special events. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices ensures a safe environment for guests and staff alike.. Strong time management skills are essential for balancing multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours.
