Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating cocktail experience and beverage service skills Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food industry standards and fine dining expectations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in serving and hospitality roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build guest relations and provide memorable experiences Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Experience in fine dining settings or high-volume restaurants preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service!
