Atlantic Ocean | Houston, TX | Upscale Coastal Seafood Atlantic Ocean has only been open six months and we are already busy, already growing, and already expanding. We are adding servers to support our thriving dinner service and an upcoming brunch program. We need experienced, professional talent who are ready to perform at a high level from day one and grow with a restaurant that is just getting started. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Servers at Atlantic Ocean average $1,000 or more per week. Our guests dine with intention and our team delivers with the same energy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of four years of full-service restaurant experience. A background in upscale or fine dining is strongly preferred. Please note that lounge and club service experience is not considered equivalent to full-service restaurant experience for this role. Beyond experience, we are looking for individuals who are professional, motivated, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. You show up prepared, you take pride in your work, and you understand that great service is both a skill and a standard. You are a team player who brings energy to every shift and is ready to be part of something that is only getting better.
