Overview We are looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about food and drinks, and eager to create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash safely and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards. Assist with food handling, beverage preparation, and bussing tables as needed to support smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service enhances guest interactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is advantageous but not required.
