POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes. Cleans cooking utensils and other kitchen equipment by hand. Collects garbage from various stations in the kitchen transporting it to the loading dock.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
