Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Cashier/Host to join our dynamic restaurant team. This versatile role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong background in food service and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently as a host/host Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed Process payments using POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and host station Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Uphold restaurant policies on safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Experience Prior host/host experience preferred but not required; hospitality background is a plus Experience in food service or restaurant environment highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential Previous hotel or guest services experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness
