Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and tips with integrity Upsell menu items such as wine, specialty cocktails, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or food handling when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns professionally Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable for reservations is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving guests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness Join our team today to be part of an exciting hospitality environment where your energy makes a difference!
