Schedule would be as follows:
Saturday & Sunday
DutiesProvide detailed information on food and beverage optionsTake accurate orders using POS systemEnsure timely delivery of food and beverages to guestsMonitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including pre-bussing tablesAdhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparationCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flowQualificationsPrevious experience in full-service breakfast restaurant or similar requiredExperience mixing drinks and/or making simple cocktails preferred, but not requiredStrong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficientlyExcellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relationsBasic math skills for order processing and cash handling tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailKnowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essentialFood Handler's and TABC certifications requiredPlease apply through INDEED or job application via mainstkeller.com/application!
