Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service, including beverage and food delivery with professionalism and enthusiasm Process all sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, wine selections, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, dining spaces, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and bussing tables to ensure smooth restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed and adhere to all health codes related to food industry standards Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
