Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner/To go specialst to join our team. The Food Runner /To go specialist will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction, cooking to go menu items and packaging. ## Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and delivered efficiently
- Provide excellent guest services by answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when necessary
- Able to perform simple cooking for to go menu items
- Must be 18 years or older ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial
- Able to perform simple cooking for to go menu items
