Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations Assist with food safety procedures, proper food handling, and adherence to health regulations Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest bookings effectively Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry Experience working in nightlife environments such as nightclubs or bars is a plus Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively restaurant atmosphere Join us to be part of a dedicated team that thrives on delivering outstanding service in a lively setting.
