At Paloma - our newest restaurant outlet - Server Assistants are the backbone of smooth, elegant service. You're not just clearing tables. You're setting the stage for exceptional dining. You're supporting servers, elevating the guest experience, and helping bring the club's mission to life: "promoting exceptional sport, dining, social and recreational member experiences." This is a role where your attention to detail, your energy, and your professionalism truly matters. What You'll Do You'll support the service team and ensure the dining room runs with precision, warmth, and efficiency. Create a Seamless Dining Experience Clean, clear, and reset tables with speed and accuracy Ensure supplies, equipment, and service areas remain clean and well‑maintained Assist members with requests or concerns in a friendly, professional manner Support the Service Team Run food from the kitchen to tables in the Grille or banquet events Help pre‑set dining tables Assist with light setup for private events Communicate clearly with servers and leadership to keep service flowing Physical Requirements You're comfortable being active and on your feet, including: Standing and walking for long periods Climbing stairs, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lbs Working around hot equipment and in warm, busy environments Certifications Food Handler Safety Certification TABC Certification Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages Benefits Competitive rate Performance Bonus - Tiered Scale Paid Vacation with rollover or payout Sick and Personal Time Off Uniforms provided by the Club Furthermore The foregoing statements describe the general purpose and responsibilities assigned to this job and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties that may be assigned or skill that may be required.
