Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with any needs they may have. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Assist guests with menu selections and upselling specials or promotions. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and care. Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive attentive service throughout their visit. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
