Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha and Micros. Process cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and register operations. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones. Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety management protocols diligently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders for dine-in and take out with a very high level of execution and professionalism. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred. Strong background in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills. Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store operations is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
