Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and energetic Part-Time Ice Cream Server/Cashier to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively dessert shop environment, ensuring guests have a positive experience while efficiently managing transactions and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and treats Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently at the cash register Serve ice cream and other desserts with enthusiasm and attention to presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment Ensure all health and safety standards are followed to provide a safe environment for staff and customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly when needed Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels Qualifications Customer-focused with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Reliable, responsible, and punctual with flexible availability, especially for evening/night shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced dessert shop environment Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Previous food-service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join our team if you enjoy creating delightful experiences for customers and thrive in an energetic setting!

Pay:
