The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and guest‑focused environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Direct and supervise all bar operations, ensuring adherence to brand, safety, and service standards Manage staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance oversight Maintain accurate inventory levels; oversee ordering, receiving, and cost‑control procedures Ensure compliance with all state and local alcohol‑service regulations Monitor bar cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality Develop and implement service procedures to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with hotel leadership on promotions, events, and operational improvements Prepare and maintain required reports, logs, and documentation Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of bar management or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and alcohol‑service compliance Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays TABC certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Work Environment This position operates within a hotel bar setting and requires regular interaction with guests, staff, and management.
