The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, food industry knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a welcoming atmosphere. Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality is preferred, along with proficiency in POS systems and food safety standards. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries promptly to foster guest relations and ensure satisfaction Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures diligently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling protocols Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and host/host duties is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous experience in nightlife or hospitality venues is advantageous Join our team to deliver memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and professionalism.
