Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages to guests
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items to increase sales
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash drawer
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, new products, and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling money, and making change accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and cost control purposes is a plus
• Experience in catering, brewing, restaurant, or banquet settings is preferred
