Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering friendly, attentive service while ensuring food and beverages are served accurately and efficiently. Servers play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage selections based on guest preferences. Accurately take and process food and beverage orders. Communicate orders clearly and efficiently with kitchen and bar staff. Prepare beverages, garnishes, and other service items as needed. Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner. Monitor guest tables throughout service to ensure satisfaction and address requests promptly. Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Prepare itemized guest checks and accurately process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment. Set up and maintain dining and service areas before, during, and after service. Restock condiments, beverages, utensils, and service supplies as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling payments. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Team-oriented attitude with a positive and professional demeanor. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. This position requires a friendly, dependable individual who is committed to providing outstanding service and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable dining experience.
