Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bus Girl/Food Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this fast-paced role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food service operations, and delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area, adhering to sanitation standards. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, following food safety guidelines. Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting supplies, dishes, or equipment around the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house spaces through regular cleaning routines. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Support banquet or special event setups by assisting with food running and guest services as required. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential! Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is a plus. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills and in-person customer service abilities to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for order accuracy. Experience with food running, serving, or banquet setups enhances your fit for this role.
