Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring proper presentation and temperature Assist with food running duties, including refilling beverages and delivering additional items as needed Support the serving team by bussing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining space Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during service and cleanup Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key! Strong communication skills with an energetic, guest-focused attitude Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Focus is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service skills This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to grow within the hospitality industry.
