Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to uphold safety regulations and hygiene standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Support other team members by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in Chinese restaurants or other restaurants that are in a fast-paced environment.
