Job Overview Crossroads Diner is a fast-paced breakfast and lunch restaurant looking to hire skilled servers for weekend shifts. Duties Greet customers at your tables and make them feel welcome. Take customer orders and input them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery. Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly. Skills and Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience working in full-service restaurants is required. Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday. Must have Food Handler's License and be TABC Certified Need to have time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Proficiency with the SpotOn POS system is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and coworkers Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
