Our servers play an important role in creating a fun, welcoming dining experience while providing excellent service to every guest. Job Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Explain menu items, answer guest questions, and make recommendations when appropriate. Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas. Process guest payments accurately and responsibly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and management. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies. Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when assistance is needed. Work as part of a team to maintain a positive and energetic restaurant environment. Qualifications Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
