Pay and Hours Pay:

$10.00 per hour, plus eligible tip distributions Expected hours: Approximately 15-35 hours per week Full-time and part-time positions are available. Actual hours depend on employee availability and restaurant staffing needs. Fixed weekly hours and specific workdays are not guaranteed.

Available Shifts Monday-Thursday:

Morning shift: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM Evening shift: 5:30 PM-9:30 PM Wednesday only: Mid shift: 12:00 PM-5:30

PM Friday-Saturday:

Morning shift: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM Evening shift: 5:30 PM-10:30

PM Sunday:

Morning shift: 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Evening shift: 5:00 PM-9:30 PM Some employees may be scheduled for both a morning and an evening shift on the same day, with approximately 2.5 hours off between shifts. Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is strongly preferred. Position Overview Service Crew team members support daily front-of-house operations by welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food, maintaining the dining area and helping the restaurant provide friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Explain menu items and answer basic customer questions. Take customer orders accurately. Operate the POS register and process payments as assigned. Serve food and drinks to customers. Refill drinks, soup bases, sauces and other table items. Clear, clean and reset tables. Maintain clean and organized dining, service and beverage areas. Restock utensils, napkins, sauces, beverages and other supplies. Complete assigned opening and closing duties. Assist coworkers during busy service periods. Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures. Complete other reasonable front-of-house duties assigned by the store manager. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Able to commute reliably to the Richardson restaurant. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Comfortable communicating with customers in English. Friendly, responsible and willing to work as part of a team. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Available to work one or more of the listed shifts. Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is strongly preferred. Previous restaurant, serving, cashier or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Scheduling and Pay Information Employees must accurately record all hours worked. Pay is based on actual recorded working hours. Overtime must be approved in advance and will be paid when required by applicable law. Tip amounts are not guaranteed and may vary based on restaurant sales, eligible shifts, hours worked and the applicable payroll period.
