Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining or event experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items, wine selections, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately; handle cash handling and sales transactions with integrity Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Support banquet setup, bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly during events Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service to elevate the guest experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in fine dining or banquet settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits service, and beverage presentation is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or event areas efficiently Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required certifications in sanitation and food handling Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs effectively Experience working in hospitality environments such as restaurants or nightclubs is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days Join us in creating vibrant experiences for our guests!
