As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Engage with guests to provide excellent guest relations and address any concerns or inquiries. Process payments using the cash register efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and adherence to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure all guests receive prompt service. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Familiarity with nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
