Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting tables for new guests Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and beverage presentation is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cashiering responsibilities confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
