ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, knowledgeable service in the tasting roomLead wine tastings and guide guests through wine selectionsServe wine, food, and desserts with polished presentationMaintain a clean, organized tasting room and outdoor areaHandle POS transactions accuratelyRestock wine, glassware, and supplies throughout the shiftWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth serviceRequirementsServing or hospitality experience required (winery experience a plus)Strong communication and customer service skillsComfortable learning and speaking about wineAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentMust be 18+ and TABC certified (or willing to obtain)Weekend availability required; occasional evenings for events
